“Petit gift-wrapping” A gift wrapping service for small items is available for the selected items listed below. Select this service option before the purchase. Refer to the individual product page for details.

An item may not be placed in the shopping cart for the below reasons.
【OUT OF STOCK】
“OUT OF STOCK” will be displayed on the selected item’s page if there is no stock of it left.
There will be a need to select whether you would like Petit gift-wrapping or not for certain items that apply to this service before being able to place it in the shopping cart.
In the case that the item cannot be placed in the shopping or cannot be purchased for circumstances other than those above, please contact us at the store.
2. Provide customer and delivery details
Orders can be placed without registering as a member.
In registering as a member, purchases can be made easier after logging in.
Along with that, favorite items can be saved as well as saving multiple delivery destinations.

4. Order confirmedOnce the order is confirmed an Email from firstname.lastname@example.org will be sent to the provided address with order details.
※Some free domain mails may divert mails from the store (email@example.com) as Junk mail.
Please set mails from our store as not junk mail beforehand.
5. Delivery completion
When the ordered items have been dispatched, a mail from firstname.lastname@example.org will be sent to notify you of this.
The delivery status of the ordered items can be checked from using the tracking number and link provided in this mail.

Exchange and Refund
【 Exchange and refund for order-made products (KIMONO, YUKATA, BY TWO) 】We will do our best to attend to the situation when due to our fault the item sent is different to the one ordered, the size was incorrect, there are stains or damage to the item.
We will not accept an item for exchange or refund nor the bill for return shipping in the following cases:
・The item has been worn, used, processed or reworked
・The item is stained or damaged by the customer
・No contact was made 7 days after completion of delivery
・Items were ordered by mistake
【 Exchange and refund for all other products】We do not accept items for exchange or refund other than when due to our fault the item sent is different to the one ordered, the size was incorrect, there are stains or damage to the item.
Any exchange or refund process will require the customer to send photos of the item to confirm with the store. Once confirmed the item can be returned free of charge via freight collect.
To proceed with the exchange or refund process:
Using the same email used when purchasing, send the description and photos of the defective parts to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon checking the content of this mail, the store will inform the customer wether exchange or refund is possible along with the next step of action, if any. In the case there is no stock of the product to exchange the store will proceed to refund.
