The following payment methods are accepted at our store:

■In regards to payment by Paypal
・ A Paypal account is required to make a payment
・Please click here to register and see how Paypal works and can be used
・In case of refunds requested by the customer (i.e. those not of defective products or delivery) the handling fees charged in the refund process will be billed to the customer

■Paypal is the only payment option for orders and deliveries outside of Japan
・This includes ordering within Japan while setting the delivery destination outside of Japan
・In the above case, the option of payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer appears but cannot be processed
・We apologise for the inconvenience

■In regards to Credit Card payments
・Option is only available for orders placed in Japan with deliveries within Japan
・Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB and American Express are accepted
・Card’s service fee will be not be charged
・Options to pay as a single installment, revolving payments, or in monthly installments available
・Purchase payments will be processed immediately and an invoice will be sent to the customer from the credit card company

■In regards to bank transfers
・Option is only available for orders placed in Japan with deliveries within Japan
・Please transfer the due fee to the following bank account:

・Please make sure that the transfer be made under the name of the person ordering the products
・Any handling fee for the transfer will be charged to the customer

・On days close to or sandwiched by national holidays, it may take longer than usual to confirm the transfer due to the bank’s system
・The customer cannot select the date and time of delivery
・Please complete the transfer process within 1 week after placing an order. Be warned that if a transfer cannot be confirmed within the time frame, the order will be cancelled.

【 Shipping within Japan（Yamato Transport） 】
The ordered items will be shipped within 5 days from the order date using Yamato Transport’s delivery service. Please contact us for orders that require quicker delivery.
*If the order’s payment was made by bank transfer, the item will be dispatched after we receive the transfer.

【 Delivery outside of Japan (DHL) 】
Ordered items will be sent out within five days from the order date using DHL.
Specific delivery date cannot be specified.

・Delivery may be cancelled suddenly due to the destinated country’s political climate or situation
・The number of days required for delivery will vary depending on the weather, customs clearance process among other reasons
・The delivery fee may vary depending on the country (distance) and weight of the package
・You can see the estimated shipping fee on the "Select Shipping and Payment Method" screen before you complete checkout
・Please note that the carrier company may change depending on the destination and time period of the order

Please note that we cannot ship to the following countries:
Iran, Iraq, Turkmenistan, North Korea, Russia

・The customer is responsible for paying the custom duties
・BAs custom duties differ in each country, we cannot inform you of the amount. Please inquire with the customs authorities in the country set as the destination of the order
・Products in our store are not available as duty-free
