・We try not to duplicate colors, but there may be a bias depending on the time of year.
・We will make every effort to deliver a well-balanced product, although there may be some unevenness in color and blotches throughout the product, and some products may have small weaving flaws that are hard to notice.
・The packaging is simple, with three pieces in a single envelope. We will deliver randomly selected items from the pre-packaged state. Due to the nature of the product, gift wrapping and returns/exchanges are not possible.
・The package is not individually attached to the product. A card explaining that the product has flaws and that it is dyed by hand is enclosed.
・Uneven colors and flaws are marked with stickers. Please check before use.

・As a traditional hand dyeing method (chusen) is used there may be cases of slight blurs or smudges
・Due to the characteristics of the material, there may be slight difference in the size of the item
・Wash before first use to avoid color transfer and stains from friction onto other items or surfaces. The color will eventually stop running after several washes but please take caution around light or white colored items and surfaces as excessive friction or dampness will cause color transfer or staining.
