About【All together】
All ordered items will be put together in a single paper bag.
*Even if requested, it may not be possible to combine all purchased items into one due to the shape or size of the products. In such a case, we will wrap them individually or separately.

About【Individually】
Each item ordered will be wrapped individually.
*Select the same quantity of gift-wrapping as the quantity ordered.
*If there is more than one gift-wrapped package, we will add a memo to help you distinguish the contents of each package.

About【Others】
If you would like your ordered items to be wrapped in several separate packages, or if you would like only some of your ordered items to be wrapped, please select this option.
Also, please provide us with the details (for example, having chosen items A,B and C, you can instruct us to gift-wrap A and B together but C separately) in the “Comments” box in “Shipping & payment options” during the checkout process.
*If there is more than one package, we will add a memo to help you distinguish the contents of each package.

Example 1)
You have chosen 6 items and want them all to be wrapped in one package together:
Please select the【All together】option and add 1 Gift-wrapping to the cart.

Example 2)
You have chosen 6 items and want each one to be wrapped individually:
Please select the【Individually】option and add 6 Gift-wrapping to the cart.

Example 3)
You have ordered a long wallet, a face mask and a 100×35 (tenugui). You would like the long wallet and 100×35 to be wrapped in one package together;
Please select the【Others】option, add 1 Gift-wrapping to the cart. In the checkout process at “Shipping & payment options” write in the “Comments” box to gift-wrap the long wallet and 100×35 together (and not the face mask).

Example 4)
You order a long wallet, a face mask and a 100×35, and you would like the long wallet and the 100×35 to be wrapped separately:
Please select the【Others】option, add 2 Gift-wrapping to the cart. In the checkout process at “Shipping & payment options” write in in the “Comments” box to gift-wrap the long wallet and 100×35 individually (and not the face mask).

・Items already in a special box: leather collection / fans / mugs / earrings

These will be wrapped in watermark Japanese paper Hiroko Takahashi designed.

・Other items
These will be wrapped in HIROCOLEDGE's original paper bags.
*The paper bag used will be chosen according to the size of items. Please note that the pattern on the paper bag cannot be selected beforehand.

The requested method of gift-wrapping may not be possible depending on the purchased items. How the items are finally gift-wrapped will be determined by the store.

・The gift-wrapping materials are not available for sale on their own
・Depending on the shape of the item, the gift-wrapping may differ from the image shown
・How the items are wrapped (such as having a 100×35 wrapped in watermark Japanese paper) cannot be requested
・If you would like to send the item(s) as a gift directly to a recipient, we will include the delivery statement of the gift item without the prices written
・If you would like to include a message to the recipient on the delivery statement, please request so and type the message in the “Comments” box in “Shipping & payment options” during the checkout process.
