HIROCOLEDGE’s 100×35 is a 'tenugui'. The tenugui, while being a rectangular piece of cloth can be used to wipe, cover, wrap; it is a Japanese traditional lifestyle tool handed down from the Edo period (1603-1867) where its function can be determined by its user. Super absorbent, the roughly woven fabric dries fast and its raw edges make it difficult for germ growth.

・The fraying on the edges will eventually stop after several washes
・Cut the fraying thread off if it bothers you
・As a traditional hand dyeing method (chusen) is used there may be cases of slight blurs or smudges
・Due to the characteristics of the material, there may be slight difference in the size of the item
・Wash before first use to avoid color transfer and stains from friction onto other items or surfaces. The color will eventually stop running after several washes but please take caution around light or white colored items and surfaces as excessive friction or dampness will cause color transfer or staining.

・Highly advised that the item be hand washed separately with a neutral pH detergent
・Do not leave soaked or wet as color will run onto the white parts
・Color may fade depending on the detergent type and frequency of wash
・May shrink slightly after wash
